Após 3 anos desde seu último disco, Lenny Kravitz está prestes a lançar Black and White America. O álbum, previsto para 30 de agosto, um mês antes de sua apresentação no Rock in Rio, é o nono da carreira do multi-instrumentista, que decidiu voltar às raízes e explora como nunca as diversas vertentes da música negra norte-americana.

Resultado de um longo processo de gravação, Black and White America foi gravado por Kravitz, que tocou a maoria dos instrumentos e pelo guitarrista Craig Ross, seu parceiro de longa data.

Além de Lenny e Craig o disco tem 3 participações de peso: Jay-Z e Swizz Beatz em “Boongie Drop” e Drake em “Sunflower”. “Quando escrevi “Boongie Drop” ouvi um rap no meio e imediatamente ouvi a voz de Jay”, disse Kravitz à Billboard americana.

Sobre a parceria com Drake, Lenny disse o seguinte: “Liguei para ele e antes mesmo de ouvir a música ele disse ‘Sou seu fã, amo seu trabalho e vou amar participar’. Isso foi bem legal!“.

A parceria entre Lenny e Jay-Z, que também se apresenta no Rock in Rio no dia 01 de outubro não é novidade. Os dois podem ser ouvidos juntos em faixas como “Storm”, “Guns & Roses” e “Show Me Your Soul“.

Saiu a parte 2 de “Love The Way You Lie”. Agora a música é da Rihanna com feat. do Eminem! Tem muito mais vocal dela!

Na verdade, esse é o tema do clipe da nova música da cantora colombiana, Loca. O vídeo, lançado na última quarta-feira (29/09), foi gravado em Barcelona, Espanha, e causou polêmica na cidade, devido ao comportamento da artista.
Shakira anda de skate na orla da praia, passeia de Harley-Davison sem capacete e ainda dança em uma fonte pública.



A prefeitura de Barcelona não gostou das infrações cometidas pela cantora, que não solicitou autorização para gravar o vídeo, e pode aplicar uma multa de 400 euros. "Ainda não me enviaram a multa, mas vou pagá-la. Assim não me enchem mais", disse Shakira ao jornal espanhol El Periódico.
